Returns & Refunds policy

Printed ArtWorks : It is our policy that in the event of a disagreement, The KNYB holds the right to make the final call on all returns. We would not be able to process any refunds however, replacement can be accepted if it is reported by the customer within the stipulated time period of 48 hours upon receiving parcel. Replacements would be considered for damaged artworks at the time of delivery only. Please notify the courier company at the time of delivery (this is very important to process the replacement), immediately get in touch with us and send pictures of the damaged artwork. If the print artwork is determined to have been damaged in transit, The KNYB would consider replacement of the artwork. The KNYB shall consider each incident on case to case basis and we will provide store credit against the purchase if any refund necessary.

Digital Downloads : There will be NO REFUND or REPLACEMENT of digital download files products purchased.
